Sheba is a UK practising solicitor with more than 20 years’ experience within the legal industry. She has a broad legal portfolio having previously been Global Counsel for one of the leading global humanitarian INGSO’s and Counsel within the UK housing association sector with a specialism for securitisation.

Kirk Williams Chief Operating Officer

Kirk is a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer. He leads the UK and International group operations. He has more than 25 years’ management consultancy and legal services sector experience, specialising in start-up investments for UK and global organisations, designing and implementing business operating models, target operating models and global resource models.
Kirk brings an abundance of management consulting insight and knowledge to start up and existing organisations seeking to create or develop operations in new territories.
He was a key active member of the WNS (Holdings) Limited management team responsible for the successful 2006 IPO of its American Depository Shares, raising over $224 million.

Brian is a founding partner and Chief Executive Officer. Having had a successful army career his experience extends to senior positions within FTSE100 technology firms, start-ups and global multi-nationals within Europe and the USA.
Brian has more than 20 years’ strategy experience within the legal and digital forensics sector with a track record of leading transformation and speedy performance improvements across Europe and USA. He is focused on addressing the complex legal and business challenges many of our clients face realising that technology and digitization are beginning to play a progressively important role in how we enhance and deliver exceptional client service.
Brian enjoys creating and developing teams, exploring new ideas and introducing different ways of thinking that improve client value, competitive strategy and results. He has previously lived in six countries and is currently resident in the UK.
